Bowel Cancer Video Feedback

Thank you for agreeing to participate in our evaluation of our bowel cancer video.

Participation in this evaluation project is voluntary and all participants will go into the draw to win a $50 gift voucher from our SunSmart shop.

All surveys will be anonymous and data will be kept securely at the Cancer Council WA. Contact details will not be stored with survey data responses.  All results from the data collected will be aggregated and individual responses will not be published.
