Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.

1. Entry is open only to residents of Western Australia.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. To enter, entrants must complete and return the competition entry coupon. Entries close 5pm Friday 8th October 2010 and must be received by this date.  No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 
4. The first four valid entries drawn randomly from all entries received will each win a Go for 2&5® prize pack.  Total 4 prize packs for this competition.
5. The winner will be notified by telephone and prize packs delivered by post.
6. The Cancer Council WA accept no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss or damage, accident, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion
7. The Cancer Council WA reserve the right to request the winner to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
8. Employees and immediate family of the Cancer Council WA, Diabetes WA and Department of Health WA are ineligible to enter.
9. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions.  The Promoters' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
