2013 Cancer Council Update

Each year Cancer Council WA holds the Cancer Council Update, which takes place during the 5 weeks leading up to Daffodil Day (Friday 23 August 2013). This year is the 19th Cancer Council Update Series.

The aim of the Cancer Council Update is to make the latest cancer information and research accessible to the WA community.

Cancer Council Update activities include public lectures, professional education sessions and extensive media coverage.

 

Getting back to work after cancer

The opening talk of the 2013 Cancer Council Update series by Associate Professor Pam McGrath, from Griffith University Queensland talks about her research on returning to work after a cancer diagnosis and cancer treatment. This lecture was presented on 22 July 2013.
