Life Now Mindfulness is a free 8 week program offered to cancer patients diagnosed in the last 5 years and their primary carers.
Facilitated by an experienced instructor for two hours each week, this program aims to counter the effects of cancer-related stress. Throughout the program, participants are provided with practical coping techniques that can be implemented in their everyday life. Research shows these programs may reduce anxiety, improve mood, quality of life, sleep and provide pain relief.
