Goals of Care  (GoC) is an initiative being run in hospitals across Western Australia. Take the opportunity to hear from Hospital Liaison GP and Clinical Lead for Primary Care Integration, Dr Garton-Smith present on Goals of Care. Gain an understanding of GoC, its benefits to you in primary care and how it can help care in your practice. 

This is an opportunity to hear from a GP who is passionate about improving patient care as they move between hospital settings and your care in the community.
