Cultivating mindfulness has both professional and personal benefits. It supports the wellbeing of the health professional through increasing resilience and enhances the quality of patient care through increased capacity to focus and be present.

This one day workshop is designed to increase the participant’s self-knowledge and capacity to live and work more mindfully

Some of our 2018 Participants said:

“Kathryn is an excellent facilitator and the very interactive study day has clarified my understanding of mindfulness and encouraged me to start practicing.

Although it seemed small when we discussed practical strategies to draw attention to daily activities, I am amazed how powerful the impact of practicing mindfulness has been in my private life and work.”

“Left feeling more positive that I am capable of dealing with life.”

“Fantastic, feel really inspired to incorporate mindfulness into my daily life and start working on my unhelpful behaviours”

Presented by

Kathryn Choules (PhD), Mindfulness facilitator
