The WA End of Life  'My Life My Choice' parliamentary report released in August represents a fantastic opportunity for the palliative care sector to influence Government for the best possible outcomes.

Palliative Care WA and Palliative and Supportive Care Education (PaSCE) are holding a series of three forums on palliative care, advance care planning and voluntary assisted dying to explore the recommendations in detail and identify sector priorities for presentation to the WA Minister for Health.

This is your opportunity to help shape the future direction of palliative care and end of life choices in Western Australia.

Where: The Boulevard Centre, 99 The Boulevard, Floreat.

Cost per forum: Free to Palliative Care WA individual members; $10 non-members and organisation members
