The aim of the PEPA Mentoring Workshop is to develop current palliative care health professionals to support generalist health care professionals to understand the value and importance of working with a palliative approach to care.
This workshop is designed for palliative care specialist staff who wish to mentor, and share their palliative care knowledge with others and further develop their own:
• Culturally Responsive mentoring practices
• Communication Skills
• Feedback Skills
• Reflective Skills
• Ability to discover / develop talent and skills in others that comes from a positive mentoring relationship
