Overview:         

This workshop is an introduction to the palliative dicsipline. Palliative care prides itself in being multi-disciplinary. Module 1 touches on areas of practice and improving patient outcomes via a palliative approach

This module comprises five units

  • A Palliative Approach 
  • Communication
  • Loss, Grief and Bereavement
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) perspectives 
  • Self-Care
