Overview

Paediatric Palliative Care aims to enhance the quality of life of children and young persons with life limiting conditions. It also aims to support the child’s entire family. Quality of Care Collaborative Australia (QuOCCA) is a project aimed to improve quality of palliative care provided to children in close proximity to their home.

Learning areas

This video conference will showcase QuOCCA and how it can help the dying child, their family and the health professionals involved in their care. This will be explored through a case study and journey of a child with a life limiting illness.
