Friday, October 21 is our #PinkRibbonDay street appeal! Every day in Australia, around 50 women are told they have breast or a gynaecological cancer, these numbers aren’t fair and we need your help to change that.
Pink Ribbon Day raises much-needed funds for our support services, prevention programs and vital cancer research which help the thousands of women affected by breast or gynaecological cancers in WA.
Thousands of Australian’s volunteer for the street appeal each year – taking donations and selling merchandise and pins to help make Pink Ribbon Day a success. This year, we need your help again. If you have a few hours spare on October 21 and are passionate about beating cancer and spreading hope, please sign up to help us paint Perth pink here or email our fundraising team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also help by hosting a Girls’ Night In in the month of October. Simply get your favourite gal pals together for a night in and ask them to donate what they would have spent on a night out towards beating women’s cancers. We have a tonne of ideas to get you started here. You will also receive a FREE host kit filled with tips and tricks when you register as a host at www.girlsnightin.com.au!
