Creating positive memories and a lasting legacy is something most of us strive to achieve. Photos are a wonderful way to capture a special memory and a moment in time but there are other ways to do this.
By including a gift in your Will to a charitable cause close to your heart you can create a lasting legacy to help provide care today and hope for the future.
Why is having a Will important?
By having a valid Will you can provide security for your loved ones, ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death and take comfort knowing that your assets will be distributed to the people and causes you care about.
Without a Will, the distribution of your estate will be made according to the Administration Act 1903 (WA). This could mean that those who you want to benefit from your estate may not receive what you would expect.
To help, we're partnering with Alzheimer's WA, and law firms Kott Gunning Lawyers and NashClavey-Mandurah in the coming weeks to offer professionally prepared standard Wills for just $99. This no-obligation Will writing service encourages you to think of your family and friends first and then consider including a gift in your will to your chosen charity.
How gifts in wills help us continue to support West Australians affected by cancer

Every day, we support families affected by cancer when they need it most speak out on behalf of the community on cancer issues, empower people to reduce their cancer risk, and through research find new ways to better detect and treat cancer. With your help, we're getting closer to a cancer free future. .
All gifts, no matter the size, come together to make a real difference - not only to the lives of those we're able to support, but also to the family who can take comfort in the fact their loved ones wishes have been honoured.
