  • Prevention/How to reduce your cancer risk
  • Questions about early detection

Anyone can contact 13 11 20 - from cancer patients and people living with cancer to their families, carers and friends, social workers, healthcare professionals and the general public.

Our 13 11 20 information and support line is available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Can't speak now? Request a callback!

If you are unable to speak to a Cancer Nurse straight away, you can request a callback and one of our Cancer Nurses will give you a call the next business day during our opening hours of 9am - 5pm.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to speak straight away:

It's outside of our opening hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)
You're nervous about speaking to someone
You need to schedule in time to chat

When you request a callback, you can specify what time you'd like to be called within our hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. This is great for people with busy schedules. Just let our Cancer Nurses know when completing the form, what time or date works for you.

Our Cancer Nurses are specially trained to provide support and advice for anyone affected by cancer, so please do reach out to them if you need any information, advice, support or even just a friendly person to chat to.
